I’ve been making my own version of this drink for years. All you need to do is bring some of your favorite apple cider to a low boil, add in some rum, and cinnamon sticks. Let it steep to absorb some of the cinnamon flavor. Here’s another take that I had at The Owl Bar in Baltimore. It was a hot cider infused with rum and served in a glass with caramelized sugar around the rim. Yum.
